Star Citizen ship creation requires working within precise game-design and engineering constraints. It also involves the continuation of established visual styles for the in-universe ship manufacturers. All of this came into play with the design of the Hurricane. The ship itself incorporates pieces from other Anvil manufactured ships but attempts to refine the detailing to match current game standards. I particularly enjoyed designing a cockpit display layout that conformed to the necessary UI pixel dimensions without sacrificing an integrated look.
